It can also boost IOPS performance when configuring SSD caching. Users can monitor drive health and manage SSD usage from the QTS Storage & Snapshots Manager. Real-time SnapSync ensures minimal RPO with real-time disaster recovery

Real-time SnapSync ensures that both the primary and secondary NAS maintain identical data. When data is written to the source, it is immediately written to the destination. If the primary NAS goes offline, IT staff can simply adjust the privilege settings of the secondary NAS to ensure continuous operations. 2. The TS-h2490FU NAS requires QuTS hero h5.0 (or later) and QNAP SAS expansion cards (QXP-820S-B3408 or QXP-1620S-B3616W) with SAS 12Gb/s SFF-8644 cables to connect to the Seagate JBOD.
3. Seagate’s JBODs can only be used as an individual storage pool or volume. Its storage pool/volume cannot be combined into the connected NAS. NAS applications cannot be installed on Seagate’s JBODs.
4. Seagate Exos E JBOD support for QNAP NAS is still in beta. A license will be required for official use.
